Well, February marked our 7th wedding anniversary. Time really does just whip right by. The kids keep us super busy right now. We had a fun family day where we went hunting for antlers where Ryan goes hunting. The kids totally loved it. We walked around for a little over an hour and the kids were fascinated with trying to find the antlers. We didn't find any antlers nor did we see any deer, the day wasn't a total bust. We did see a bald eagle and we found a PINK rock. Payton was very excited, so the day was a win.
The kids love to "run marathons" after dinner each night. This basically consists of them running around in circles for 5 - 10 minutes. They usually end up partially naked (they get hot) and pretty tired which is great just before bed. One night they decided to do the marathon in awesome sun-glasses. Pictures below. Then one night after running around without their shirts on, the kids decided to trade shirts. Colt put on PJ's pink Chicago shirt (the City, not the band... although equally cool) and PJ put on Colt's red shirt. Two things we noticed... it's funny that our 4 year old can wear the 2 year old's shirt and it fits pretty well... and Colt makes a disturbingly cute little girl.
At the end of February Patrice's company, Net Solutions, also moved locations. They moved from Bellingham into Ferndale. They are now about 2 miles from our house which makes Patrice's commute awesome. She is already planning on riding/running to work when the weather is nicer. They had a chance to paint the new office, which is where the picture of Andy painting the blue wall is from. More pictures coming soon.
PJ loves to sing and dance... we were in the car on the way down to Auntie Corey's house when she did this little number...She really starts belting it out around minute 2.
