Finally! Took a while to get these posted, sorry about that.
So September was a major adjustment period for us. We went from being on vacation for 30 days to back to school, work, dance and hunting. We went from a life of leisure to being scheduled almost every minute of every day. But we made it. My mom and dad (Bob and Peg) celebrated their 40th anniversary on September 2nd. We got the whole Reynolds clan together down at Corey's house and had a great dinner. Robin's neighbor came over and took some family photos for us. We had a great time.
Grandma Barb came to visit in early September. The kids adore her and had a great time playing with Grandma.
PJ started at a new preschool this year. She is going three days a week just a mile from our house. So far, she is having a great time. We managed to capture some first day photos of her. She has attitude and confidence for days.
Karen had her 40th birthday in September. The kids made her a big card and surprised her with it after she dropped Spencer off at the bus. The kids were very excited about giving her the card and balloons.
Way back in 2011, I committed to running the Bellingham Bay Marathon. Then I found out I was pregnant with Korin. I downgraded my registration from a full marathon to a 1/2 and ran it with my mom and our good friend Elise Hebb. Saying I "ran" it might be over stating what actually happened. I limped, hobbled and walked across the finish line but I finished and that's all that I really care about.
